Our Mission

At our centre, we are committed to providing high-quality, minimally invasive treatments for a range of disease conditions. Focused on serving the people of Madurai and the surrounding districts, our mission is to offer advanced, minimally invasive surgical options at affordable prices—making these treatments more accessible than those provided by leading corporate hospitals in our region.

The 2017 India State-Level Disease Burden Initiative by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) revealed a significant rise in deaths from Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), which increased from 37.9% in 1990 to 61.8% in 2016. Among the four major NCDs—cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), cancers, chronic respiratory diseases (CRDs), and diabetes—there has been a notable rise in the prevalence of vascular diseases and cancer in our population over the last two decades.

These concerning statistics emphasize the urgent need for innovative treatment options. Minimally invasive interventional radiology procedures have gained recognition for their ability to offer non-invasive solutions that reduce both morbidity and mortality when compared to traditional surgical approaches.

In our region, particularly in Madurai and South Tamil Nadu, there are limited providers of such advanced treatments. Most of these procedures are only available in corporate tertiary care centers, making them less accessible to the general population. Our centre aims to bridge this gap by bringing cutting-edge, minimally invasive treatments to the local community at a fraction of the cost.
